Communities in Transition was a Real Estate Foundation program from 2004-2008. The online resources connected with CIT are published in this section of our website.

Whille CIT has been wound down as a program, the Foundation continues to make grants in all regions of the province--as we have since 1988. With a scope that encompasses all of BC, the Real Estate Foundation is committed to assisting with the real estate and land use concerns of non-metropolitan communities.
